About these terms
These terms are between you and Clockhouse Property Consulting Limited (company number 07367323), which operates Life Conversation. By creating an account, you agree to them.
What Life Conversation is and isn’t
Life Conversation is a spoken, reflective conversation with software. It is not therapy, counselling, coaching, medical care or a crisis service, and it is not a person. It doesn’t give professional advice, and it can’t help keep anyone safe in an emergency.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or over. You need an email address that you control.
Your account
You sign in with a link we email you. Keep access to your email secure. Your account is for you alone.
The free trial
The trial lasts 30 days from your first sign-in and includes up to 4 hours of conversation in total. New conversations pause when either runs out, but a conversation that has already started is never cut short because of the allowance. We don’t take card details, so nothing is charged when the trial ends. We’ll email you once before it ends. If you don’t choose a paid plan, your account is deleted 60 days after the trial ends. One trial per person.
Fair use
To keep the service working for everyone, we may limit or suspend accounts used automatically, shared between people, or used in ways that place an unusual load on the service.
Acceptable use
Don’t try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, get around its limits, or use it to harm anyone.
Your content
What you say is yours. We use it only to provide the service, as the privacy notice describes. We don’t claim ownership of it.
Availability
We aim to keep Life Conversation available, but a conversation can end if your connection or one of our providers fails, or if your device locks its screen. We may change or pause features.
Our responsibility to you
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Ending your account
You can delete your account in Settings at any time. It’s removed from the service straight away and can’t be undone. We may close accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why.
Changes
If we make a change that matters, we will email you if we have your address, and update the date at the top of this page.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Ireland, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you keep the protection of your local consumer law and may bring proceedings in your local courts.
